Day 1: Fly Los Angeles to Brisbane on Virgin Australia

Imagine over 70 tropical islands dotted around the Coral Sea, on the edge of the South Pacific.  Lying in crystal clear blue water are hundreds of deserted beaches with sparkling white sand and safe, secluded anchorages. These are Australia's fabulous Whitsunday Islands and at their heart is the ultimate Barrier Reef destination...Hamilton Island. qualia (pronounced Kwah • lee • ah) is a unique Australian expression of world-class luxury, situated on the secluded northern-most tip of Hamilton Island.

qualia is embedded in 30 acres of tropical garden landscape on the northern most tip of Hamilton Island, offering guests the indulgent choice of 60 individual pavilions. Each pavilion has been erected with the least possible intervention of the surroundings and consist largely of natural materials such as rough hewn stone walls and hoop pine. The beautifully appointed Windward Pavilion features a private salt-water plunge pool, separate bedroom and en suite. Your stay includes breakfast, dinner at The Long Pavilion or Pebble Beach, and non-alcoholic beverages during your stay.

Day 4:  Best of Both Worlds Helicopter Excursion
Experience the best of Fantasea Reefworld and the renowned Whitehaven Beach in one memorable day. The excursion includes a 60-minute scenic flight, two hours at Reefworld including use of all facilities and one hour on Whitehaven Beach with picnic and champagne. Take off from Hamilton island airport, flying low over the Pacific Ocean to the Fantasea Reefworld pontoon. The next two hours is yours to explore the Great Barrier Reef in a sub sea viewer, glass bottom boat or underwater observatory. You may also snorkel or dive (extra cost), before flying back towards the mainland, landing at the whitest beach in the South Pacific, Whitehaven Beach. Here, enjoy the calm warm waters and a superb picnic lunch, before returning to Hamilton Island in the mid afternoon.

Day 11: Saffire - Schouten Island Half Day
Step aboard the Saffire vessel to enjoy a Schouten Island Experience - exclusive to guests of Saffire.
